Fulfillment
When can I pick up my online orders?
You don’t need to wait for a pick up notification! Come by and we’ll build your order on the spot. (This does not apply to custom milled or special order products – please wait for a pick up notification for these items.)
Yard Orders
Please note that we don’t pre-build yard orders (decking, posts, or timbers). These orders are assembled on-site when you arrive. But don’t worry, we’re fast and efficient.
What are your delivery days/hours?
We deliver Monday–Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM.
Where are deliveries dropped off?
We offer driveway and curbside drops only. We cannot bring products into garages or backyards.
Do you deliver to Ottawa/Gatineau? What are your prices for delivery?
Yes! It is a $75 flat rate charge to Gatineau and Ottawa. Within Ottawa, if your subtotal is over $1,000 (before tax) then it’s only a $50 delivery charge.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver out to Montreal, Kingston, and Cornwall at least once a week. Delivery charges vary based on postal code. Please reach out to a salesperson for more information.
What is the turnaround time to have stock items delivered?
If you place your order before 11 AM, then delivery can usually be scheduled the next business day (in Ottawa).
What time will my delivery arrive?
On the day of the delivery, you will receive a text message and/or email with an estimated delivery time (3-hour window).

Where are you located?
We are located at 6178 Mitch Owens Road, Manotick, ON K4M 0V2, Canada.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays between 8 AM and 4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you have a showroom? Am I able to come to take a look at products/samples?
Absolutely! Stop by and browse our selection in person or you may book an appointment a day ahead to consult with a sales team member about our various products.
Return policy
We accept returns on stock orders within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Please note that to be eligible for returns, the product must be in its original condition. We do not accept returns on special orders or custom-milled products.

Technical Information
Why use a board foot?
Using board feet allows us to have one price that can be used for a variety of pieces even if they have varying widths. When we know the thickness is consistent, we can do a price for a cubic foot that can easily be calculated on any piece regardless of width or length.

Length (inches) X Width (inches) X Thickness (Inches) ÷ 144
Products
What is your current stock and pricing on cedar, marine grade plywood, pine, PT, Douglas fir, etc.?
We maintain an online stock table and price lists for our most popular products. You can also verify pricing and stock for other products in our online store.
I’m looking for a specific species of wood that is not listed on your site, what should I do?
Please contact us directly. We might be able to special order it for you!
What stain do you recommend for decking that won’t peel?
Our top recommended exterior stain is CUTEK, as it protects from moisture, warping, flaking and peeling
Why are our posts so expensive? What is the difference between boxed heart & free of heart center (FOHC)?
Many of our timber posts are produced to be free of heart center.
Boxed heart means that the heart center of the tree remains in the timber when it is sawn. This is done by squaring up a log, taking the edges off, and leaving the heart center.
Free-of-heart center timbers are more costly due to the size of the log required, however, FOHC will have less twisting and less checking/splitting as they dry.
Do you sell pressure treated wood?

Do you sell spruce?
The only spruce we carry is part of our pressure treated select lumber.
What types of siding do you have?
We carry STK cedar, select cedar and knotty pine siding.
What types of composite do you have?
We carry TimberTech and Trex composites.
Do you sell epoxy?
Yes! We carry Evo: Resinopoxy and Crystalpoxy, as well as Circa 1850.
Do you sell moulding? Can I bring you a custom moulding to replicate?
Yes. We have over 1,000 different moulding profiles onsite. If we don’t have the profile you’re looking for, we can manufacture one to match your existing profile.
Do you sell live edge?
Yes! We sell live edge slabs small enough to create charcuterie boards or other projects and we sell large slabs that can be turned into tables, etc. Take a walk through our storefront and warehouse or check online to browse our selection!
Do you sell reclaimed?
No, we do not sell reclaimed wood. We seek reclaimed lumber sourced from a variety of different locations. We partner with Atmosphere & Bois which displays one of the finest inventories of reclaimed wood in North America. If you’re looking to purchase reclaimed wood contact them directly!
Do you buy fallen trees or wood in log form?
No, unfortunately, we are not set up with a system to process wood in its log form, so we do not take in fallen trees or logs.
