Yes. We have talented industrial designers on staff that can take your idea and turn it into a design that can be manufactured in our shop.

Q: Can you source specialty products?

We have a wide network of suppliers and can source nearly any material. We can also provide advice and recommendations for the best material to use on your project. If you already have material on-hand, we can also use that in our CNC shop.

With our CNC shop, wood mill, and extensive inventory of premium lumber, we deliver custom architectural millwork and unique wood elements for residential, commercial, and heritage projects.

Hollow Wood Beams & Mantels

We manufacture 2-, 3-, and 4-sided hollow wood beams and mantels in a wide range of species, including domestic hardwoods, exotic options, and reclaimed barn board. Beams are built to order and can be assembled in our shop or onsite to meet project requirements. They are commonly used to cover structural supports, create the look of solid timber without the weight, or add detail to ceilings, mantels, and feature walls.

With consistent sizing and accurate joinery, our beams provide a practical and customizable solution for both residential and commercial projects

Interior and Exterior Architectural Details

We design and fabricate interior and exterior trim elements including gable trusses, posts, beams, and brackets. All components are engineered to meet project requirements, whether decorative or structural. Trim can be produced for homes, cottages, and commercial buildings, adding detail to entryways, porches, and rooflines or providing support where needed.

Using CNC precision and our in-house mill, we can manufacture consistent, accurate parts in a variety of wood species to suit both design and structural specifications.

Tabletops & Countertops

Single-slab and laminated tabletops and countertops are one of our core specialties. These can be built in a variety of wood species and customized to the size and style of your project. Options include adding logos, wood inlays, or other decorative details to make each piece unique. Factory finishing is also available to provide a ready-to-install surface with consistent durability.
