Shipping & Delivery Information

Not all products are able to be shipped via courier. Generally, anything under 5' should generate rates, but oversized items like plywood, longer lumber lengths, and heavy items cannot be shipped.

On the product page, we outline if a product is eligible for courier shipping. If the product is eligible for courier shipping, but you're still not getting a rate, please email us at [email protected]

If you're looking to purchase in volume and would like freight quotes, please reach out and we'd be happy to get you a custom quote. 

No, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that this is a requirement from the couriers and we are not able to make any exceptions. 

We ship within Canada from our warehouse in Ottawa, Ontario. Please note that we don't control the cost or availability of courier shipping as it's determined by shipping address and dimensions/weight of the package. 

We try and process all courier orders within two business days of receiving the order. After processing, transit times will vary based on courier, but an estimated delivery date will be given on your tracking email.
