We deliver to most of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec (including Montreal).  

Our trucks deliver to Ottawa addresses 5-days a week, and we go to Kingston twice a week. Other locations are serviced once or twice a week.

Delivery around our two store locations has a flat rate shipping fee of $75, or $50 if your order subtotal is over $1,000.   

For other locations, please reach out with your postal code and we’ll let you know delivery rates and days.  

For most in-stock items, if you place your order before 11 AM, then delivery can usually be scheduled for the next business day. 

Please note that we only deliver Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM. 

For most in-stock items, we can usually fulfill your order the same day. 

When ordering online, you’ll receive a pickup notification when your order is ready, but you don’t need to wait for the notification. You can come by whenever it’s convenient and we can pick your order on the spot. (Does not apply to special orders or custom milled products.) 

Yes! One of the things that sets us apart from other building supply stores is our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. 

Our experts can help you choose decking, fencing, or finishing products for any interior or exterior project. 

Special Order Products: Depending on the product, special orders could take between 1-2 weeks to fulfill. We list average lead times on our special-order products online. 

Custom Milling/Manufacturing: Lead times for milled and manufactured items vary. Please reach out to a salesperson to get a detailed quote and lead times.  

Yes! Our CNC shop is capable of taking projects from ideas to reality. With decades of digital fabrication experience we can help you create anything in wood (and other materials!).
