Factory Finishing Applications
Factory finishing is often more cost-effective and efficient than finishing onsite. You get a more consistent, durable finish, and you skip the downtime of waiting for coats to dry between applications.
Siding and Panelling
Most profiles, including tongue and groove, shiplap, and board and batten, can be prefinished in solid colour, semi-transparent, or two-tone finishes before they reach your site.
Trim and Accent Pieces
Trim and mouldings can be finished with durable coatings, and prepriming is available on request. We can also factory finish wood for partitions and accent walls.
Decking
Cedar, Accoya, ipe, thermally modified wood, and other hardwood species can be finished with a semi-transparent oil before delivery, so your crew installs faster once it arrives onsite.
Custom Manufacturing
Prefinishing is available on custom-milled and manufactured products, including mantels, hollow wood beams, glue-ups, cabinet doors, and more.
Maintenance & Warranties Maintenance
Regular maintenance is required to protect the substrate and keep the finish looking new.
For all exterior finishes, we recommend cleaning yearly with water and a mild cleaner like dish soap.
- Do not use a pressure washer.
- Do not use harsh chemicals.
