We have a large stock of reclaimed timbers salvaged from Canadian barns onsite at our Ottawa location.

Single project and large-volume orders welcome. 

SHOP DRESSED LUMBER

We dress all of our kiln-dried woodworking lumber onsite. This allows us to control the quality, ensuring each piece meets our high standard. It also cuts out the middleman, keeping prices lower than purchasing at traditional big box stores.

Nominal vs. Actual Sizing

Lumber is commonly sold using nominal dimensions, which refers to the size of the board before it’s dried and milled. The actual size reflects the finished, dressed dimensions you’ll receive. To help with planning, estimating, and detailing, the sizing chart below outlines the true finished dimensions for our stocked lumber.
