Orders must be placed and paid in full by noon the day before delivery. During summer, we sometimes hit delivery capacity before noon, so place your order as early as possible.

Our trucks cover a wide area, from Montreal along the 401 to Kingston and west to Pembroke. Use our delivery lookup tool above to search by city or postal code to get rates and delivery dates. 

For volume orders outside our local delivery zone, reach out and a member of our team can put together a quote, we can ship by third-party freight anywhere in Canada or the US.

No, you don't need to be home, we just need a safe, accessible spot to drop your material. Once the delivery is complete, you'll get a text or email confirmation with a photo of where it was placed.

We offer driveway drop off only. For safety and liability reasons, our drivers can't bring material into backyards, garages, or inside the home.

We plan our routes the afternoon before delivery day. On the morning of your delivery, you'll get a text or email with an estimated arrival time, and the driver will call when they're on the way to your stop.

If you live on rural roads or have small laneways, let your salesperson know when placing an order so that we can get your delivery on the right truck.

Yes! If you live within our local delivery zone, you can shop online and choose a delivery date at checkout. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our team. 

Many of our smaller items are available for courier shipping through our online store. Check the product page to see if courier shipping is available. Shipping rates populate at checkout and are based on the shipping address and dimension and weights of the products in your cart.

Please note that currently we only offer courier shipping within Canada.
